This option allows students to individually monitor their daily fitness. It is intended to allow students the opportunity to enhance and develop their overall wellness and athletic ability by covering topics such as nutrition, sport psychology, foundations for training, and injury management. Classes will be located at the local fitness center, outside, or in a classroom depending on the activity that day.
